No, the beauty of this online 6 week program is the ability to choose your own start date. Giving you the flexibility to factor in your 6 week's prior to your pre season starting.

No matter your playing level, this program is designed for footballers across the board, male and female.
We've created 4 programs for the following positions; Central defender, Full Back, Central Midfield, Forward
We encourage you to join the position you are most comfortable with, there is always going to be some crossover in your physical requirements. This program will detail in on those to maximise your preparation for next season.
No, this program doesn't include any form of testing. We do have a performance profiling add on that you can purchase for £50.
The performance profiling add on gives you access to our analysis tool that is compatible with IOS only. You will complete 3 tests including maximal speed, 10m acceleration and a change of direction test. From your testing you will complete 2 profiling sessions, one at the beginning and one at the end of your 6 week program.
You will receive a detailed overview of your profile with feedback from our head of performance. You will be benchmarked against your gender and you will also discover where you can improve whether that's working more on your deceleration or being more explosive over 10m. Our analysis dives deep into your profile so we can rely on objective data such as contact time, air time, front side mechanics to give us insight into how you move on the pitch.
